Temperature range of flue gas entering the absorption tower: 50 - 140℃.
Key substances involved and generation conditions: A concentrated chlorine dioxide solution is generated by a chlorine dioxide generator and mixed with natural seawater to form a chlorine dioxide seawater solution for treatment.
Liquid-gas ratio: The corresponding liquid-gas ratio is determined based on the flue gas volume and the concentrations of NOx and SO₂.
High-efficiency purification capacity: It can simultaneously remove NOx and SO₂ from the flue gas of marine gas turbines, realize the integration of desulfurization and denitrification, and effectively purify the flue gas so that it meets the emission standards before being discharged.
Reasonable resource utilization: The treatment liquid is formed by cleverly mixing natural seawater with a concentrated chlorine dioxide solution, which not only fully utilizes the resource characteristics of natural seawater, but also ensures the treatment effect, and has certain environmental protection and economic benefits.
Appropriate temperature control: The flue gas temperature is reasonably controlled by the gas heat exchanger. The flue gas is first cooled to make it more conducive to the reaction when entering the absorption tower, and then the purified flue gas is heated to ensure that the flue gas meets the relevant requirements when it is discharged. The entire temperature control process helps to improve the overall treatment efficiency and effect.
